In-Case Pressure Fillers

In-Case pressure fillers have a roller conveyor table on which cases are positioned below the filling spouts. Case guides are provided for positive re-positioning after each cycle.

Simplex In-Case pressure fillers have spouts that are adjustable to accommodate different case pattern configurations and fill levels.  The operator positions containers underneath the filling spouts and activates the filling cycle.  During the fill cycle, additional tasks such as capping just filled containers or preparing the next case to be position can be accomplished

In-Case pressure fillers are the Simplex Model 440 and the Model CH441.
