The Simplex Model AV-100 is our pneumatic single head, semi-automatic, table-top piston filler. This machine can fill from water-thin to very viscous products, but since it is air-driven, it is has a bit more “muscle” to push the thicker products with ease. The maximum fill volume is up to 6 liters in one powerful shot… ideal for extremely viscous products, products with particulates / chunky products, as well as, offering an explosion proof option for flammable products.
