The Simplex Model AV-1000 is our fully automated pneumatic system with eight heads. This machine can fill from water-thin to very viscous products, but since it is air-driven, it is has a bit more “muscle” to push the thicker products with ease. The maximum fill volume is up to 6 liters in one powerful shot… ideal for extremely viscous products.
